The role involves managing a large pipeline of loans while ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Validate Home Owners Insurance and Mortgage Title Insurance
- Provide all required information to Sr Processors – if additional information is needed, contact Loan Officer and/or customer to obtain needed information
- Title Commitment, Proof of Homeowners Insurance
- Protect Company’s reputation and image by maintaining Borrower confidence; deliver a high level of customer service and by keeping mortgage loan information confidential
- Work as directed by Management
Skills
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Intermediate to computer proficiency skills with MS Office, Excel and Mortgage Loan Applications/Software
- A minimum of 1 year of prior mortgage loan processing experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Written and oral communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate control, flexibility and maintain quality and high productivity when dealing with customers and changing work demand
- Ability to multi-task and operate in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation
- Experience: Mortgage Processing: 1 year
- Microsoft Office: 3 year
- Customer Service: 3 year
- Education: High school or equivalent (Required)
- Some college preferred
- College degree desired
- Encompass 360 desired
- Knowledge of federal and state regulatory requirements a plus
