We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our Marketing Team. in this role, you’ll serve as a key customer-facing partner, ensuring that every campaign runs smoothly from kickoff through delivery. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to design, execute, and optimize campaigns that help our customers reach their target audiences with impact.What You’ll Do:

The Intent-Driven Leads Program Manager will assist lead efforts, collaborating with the Account team (Sales counterpart and CSM) to run impactful campaigns and amazing intent-driven lead experiences for TrustRadius customers. Building efforts for successfully delivering a repeatable, consistent, and positive experience driving revenue, saving accounts from churning, and additional growth via expansions.

Works cross-functionally across stakeholders internally, and directly with customers, to translate goals into actionable initiatives to drive innovation and break-through lead gen experiences, while simultaneously driving operational efficiency and managing project delivery by facilitating strong collaboration across the board.

The role will be highly visible, collaborating with leadership at all levels to identify program gaps, make recommendations, and lead intent-driven lead product execution. Ultimately driving revenue growth and expansion to impact revenue goals for new business and renewals. This position will report to the Head of the Intent-driven Leads Program.
