Why This Role Matters – The Impact of an Intake Specialist/Data Entry Expert As an Intake Specialist & Data Entry Expert at arenaflex, you are the backbone of our group enrollment and billing operations. You will ensure that every new client, every rate adjustment, and every flexible spending account (FSA/HSA) is set up accurately and efficiently within our proprietary Health Care Processing System (HCPS). Your meticulous work directly influences the speed of service delivery, the accuracy of invoicing, and ultimately the satisfaction of our members. Key Responsibilities System Management & Maintenance - Perform comprehensive setup and data entry for all new group enrollments and subsequent changes across the HCPS platform for arenaflex. - Accurately input renewal plan details, rate modifications, and membership designations to maintain up‑to‑date records. - Configure, enroll, and audit new Section 125/105 (FSA/HSA) accounts, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. - Analyze client documentation (e.g., plan contracts, eligibility forms) to verify correctness before system entry. - Generate billing recommendations and create invoicing structures that align with each client’s plan design. - Prepare and process all financial adjustment paperwork that impacts client accounts. - Oversee the end‑to‑end invoice cycle, from generation to delivery, and resolve discrepancies promptly. - Establish client‑facing online portals and vendor remit systems, providing clear guidance for external users. - Conduct rigorous audits of data entered into HCPS, client online tools, and vendor remit systems to guarantee accuracy. - Meet or exceed established processing cycle times and production due dates, ensuring timely service for our members.
