Position Overview
We are seeking an entry-level Inside Sales Representative who is excited to learn, grow, and build foundational skills in sales. This role is ideal for someone who is new to sales, coachable, self-motivated, and eager to understand the healthcare revenue cycle space. You will work closely with our Sales team to book qualified meetings, support pipeline development, and assist with prospect outreach.
This is a remote, part-time role with hourly pay plus incentives and bonuses tied to activity and results.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct outbound and inbound outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn messaging.
· Book qualified discovery and demo meetings for the Sales team.
· Maintain accurate prospect and pipeline data within the CRM.
· Conduct research on ASC prospects, decision-makers, and industry trends.
· Personalize outreach and follow established messaging frameworks.
· Collaborate with the Sales team during weekly check-ins, training, and pipeline discussions.
· Assist in preparing simple sales enablement materials as needed.
Qualifications Required
· Strong interest in starting a career in sales and commitment to learning.
· Clear, professional communication skills—both written and verbal.
· Dependable, organized, and able to manage outreach tasks consistently.
· Comfortable with technology (CRM systems, email, basic data entry).
· Ability to work up to 25 hours per week on a steady schedule.
Preferred (Not Required)
· Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or other people-focused roles.
· Exposure to sales tools, scripts, or CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
· Interest in healthcare, revenue cycle, or B2B services.

Pay: $50,701.10 - $61,059.39 per year
