About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Central/NAV Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) and NAV platforms to support business operations and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement customized solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV.
- Modify existing applications and create new functionalities based on business requirements.
- Integrate Business Central/NAV with other systems and third-party applications.
- Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users and internal teams.
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Ensure code quality, maintainability, and best practices are followed.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in Dynamics 365 BC/NAV and related technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience.
- Proven experience in developing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Proficiency in AL, C/AL, C/SIDE development environments.
- Strong understanding of the Business Central architecture, APIs, and integration tools.
- Experience with SQL Server, Power BI, and Microsoft Azure is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certifications.
- Experience with cloud-based implementations and upgrades.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
