Benefits: Competitive salary Job Title: Information Technology Project Manager Location: Remote (Travel required as needed) About the Role We are seeking an experienced Information Technology Project Manager. This role will lead enterprise-level IT transformation initiatives, ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects aligned with business and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise IT transformation projects Provide strategic direction and guidance for IT initiatives Collaborate with product owners, SMEs, and scrum teams to: Define business and technical requirements Align solutions with organizational goals Manage large-scale enterprise projects as well as smaller initiatives Coordinate and oversee cross-functional teams, development teams, and vendors Ensure project governance, controls, and reporting mechanisms are in place Monitor project progress to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery Apply best practices in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, DevOps) Mentor and guide state personnel in project management practices Support knowledge transfer and capability building for internal teams Required Qualifications Proven experience as an IT Project Manager managing complex enterprise projects Strong experience in IT solution delivery and system implementation Experience working on Child Support systems or similar government programs Strong understanding of: Project governance frameworks Enterprise IT systems and transformation initiatives Ability to define and manage business and technical requirements Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills Strong communication and collaboration abilities Preferred Qualifications PMP Certification or equivalent project management experience Experience with: Public sector/government IT environments Familiarity with: Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps methodologies Experience managing vendor-driven and multi-team environments Key Competencies Strategic thinking and leadership Stakeholder engagement and communication Project governance and risk management Analytical problem-solving Team coordination and mentoring Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Work Environment Primarily a remote role with occasional travel to the office Interaction with leadership, IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders Travel expenses (if required) will be reimbursed as per guidelines Why This Opportunity Lead high-impact IT transformation projects Work directly with leadership and enterprise stakeholders Opportunity to influence long-term modernization strategy Potential for extended engagement This is a remote position.
