Position Overview
We are seeking motivated, service-oriented individuals to join our team as Remote Insurance & Client Benefits Sales Associates. This role involves working with clients virtually to help them understand and select insurance products that protect their financial future.
This is a performance-based, commission-driven role with strong income potential and full training provided.
What You'll Do
Conduct inbound and outbound calls with clients
Schedule and lead virtual meetings via Zoom
Present and explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options
Help clients complete applications and secure coverage
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Collaborate with team members and follow proven sales strategies
Meet personal and team performance goals
Work with underwriting requirements to finalize approvals

What We're Looking For:
MUST BE FROM ILLINOIS
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Friendly, professional, and client-focused attitude
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Basic computer skills and comfort with virtual tools (Zoom, CRM)
Good time management and organization
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Sales or customer service experience is a plus (not required)
Leadership potential is a bonus
Additional Requirements
Reliable computer and high-speed internet
Cell phone with calling capability
Ability to obtain a Life Insurance License (training provided; can be completed in ~10 days)
Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
