**Role Summary:**
As an arenaflex Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating a seamless experience for our customers via telephone, email, and chat on a daily basis. You'll communicate with new and potential customers, help guide them through the shopping experience, answer order questions, and support the team to build a successful brand. You'll be expected to meet or exceed established service level agreements set by the Customer Success Supervisor.
**Expected Hours and Work Schedule:**
The expected hours for this role are Friday-Sunday, 9am-5pm EST. However, hours are subject to change depending on the needs of the business. We're a dynamic team, and we're looking for someone who can adapt to changing circumstances while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
**Role Responsibilities:**
As an arenaflex Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering any and all interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner
* Acting as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand
* Being empathetic to customers' needs while understanding the business's bottom line
* Collecting and sharing feedback to external teams to ensure the needs of the customers are being met
**Role Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role
* A passion for and understanding of the arenaflex brands, customers, and products
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software and communication tools

**Pay Range:**
The hourly pay range for this role is $15.00-$15.00 per hour.
