About the position We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven HR Administrator to join our Human Resources team. This role serves as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries and plays a critical role in supporting payroll, benefits, onboarding, and HR data management and more. Responsibilities • Serve as support for employee questions related to payroll, benefits, onboarding, HR systems, policies, and more • Respond to high-volume inquiries in a timely and professional manner • Guide employees to self-service tools and available HR resources • Assist with HRIS troubleshooting, password resets, and general policy clarification • Escalate complex or sensitive matters to appropriate HR team members as needed • Support payroll processing activities and maintain accurate records • Process garnishments, unemployment claims, and related documentation • Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations • Accurately process HR transactions including, but not limited to new hires and onboarding, terminations, and other employee related changes. • Maintain and audit employee records for accuracy and compliance • Generate and maintain HR reports • Support ongoing data integrity and system accuracy initiatives • Prepare and process employment documentation • Support annual and ad hoc audits • Maintain confidentiality of employee information at all times • Other duties as assigned.
