I’m currently looking to hire a high-level Email Marketing & Instagram Script Writer to join my team in a long-term growth role.

About the Role
We are producing 30 Instagram Reels per month starting immediately, and I need someone who:
Has 7+ years of professional writing experience
Knows how to grow Instagram accounts organically
Understands hook psychology, retention strategy, and viral scripting
Can write high-converting email sequences that drive engagement and sales
Thinks strategically about brand positioning and authority
Manages and posts on Instagram Stories daily to drive engagement and knows exactly what to post and when
This is not basic caption writing.
This is strategic growth writing and daily engagement management.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Writing compelling scripts for 30 monthly Reels (hooks, structure, CTA)
Crafting high-converting email campaigns & nurture sequences
Posting and managing daily Instagram Stories to maintain consistent audience engagement
Studying analytics to improve retention, reach, and watch time
Helping position the brand as the authority in its space
Working collaboratively with a high-performance team
