Role Description
TLC Nursing is seeking Respiratory Therapists (RTs) for Full-Time, Part-Time, Per Diem (PRN), and Contract/Travel positions nationwide.
• Partner with hospitals, acute care centers, LTACs, and rehab facilities across the U.S.
• Place both experienced RTs and new graduates in rewarding respiratory care assignments.
Pay: $1,900–$2,400/week (depending on experience, setting, and location)
Schedules: Day, Night, and Variable Shifts | 36–48 hrs/week | Flexible start dates
• Hiring RTs for:
• Acute Care & Critical Care Units (ICU, CCU, ED)
• NICU / PICU / Pediatrics
• Pulmonary / Respiratory Step-Down Units
• Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) & Rehab Hospitals
• Sleep Studies & Pulmonary Diagnostics
• Home Care & Outpatient Pulmonary Rehab
• Ventilator Management & Airway Care
• Contract & Travel Assignments Nationwide
• Assignments available in: CA, TX, FL, NY, MA, AZ, WA, NC, CO, TN, PA, IL, HI, AK — and more!
Qualifications
• Active Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT) license (State-specific or Compact, as applicable)
• 1+ year of recent experience preferred, but new grads encouraged to apply
• BLS required; ACLS, PALS, or NRP preferred (depending on setting)
• Strong communication and clinical assessment skills
• Willingness to travel for assignments nationwide
