About the position The Tableau Data Analyst position at Aston Carter involves utilizing data visualization tools, primarily Tableau, to analyze and communicate insights from large datasets. The role requires a strong background in data analytics, proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel, and the ability to perform web analytics. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and capable of conveying complex data findings clearly and effectively. Responsibilities • Utilize Tableau for data visualization. , • Employ SQL for research and analytics reporting. , • Use Excel for data analysis and reporting. , • Leverage Python for data analytics. , • Perform web analytics using tools like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics. , • Clean, manipulate, and analyze data effectively. , • Identify patterns in large datasets and extract actionable insights. , • Maintain strong attention to detail while working with complex data sets. , • Communicate findings clearly and concisely. Requirements • Minimum 3 years of experience with Tableau (Intermediate to Advanced level). , • Tableau Certification preferred. , • At least 3 years of experience with SQL. , • Minimum 2 years of experience with Python. , • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Nice-to-haves • Experience with Mixpanel or Amazon Quicksight. , • Proficiency in planning and creating dashboards with actionable insights. , • Strong communication skills to articulate analytics insights. , • Creative problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities. , • Knowledge and enthusiasm for auto/DIY is preferred.
