Employer Industry: Healthcare Services Why consider this job opportunity: - Salary up to $41.03 per hour - Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization - Supportive and collaborative work environment - Engage in educational meetings and coding summits to enhance skills - Work remotely, providing flexibility in your work environment - Contribute to meaningful projects that impact patient care and compliance What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Perform HCC coding on projects for Medicare Advantage, Affordable Care Act, and End Stage Renal Disease, adhering to CMS guidelines - Assist with regulatory audits by conducting initial coding reviews and ranking of charts - Participate in ad-hoc projects as directed by leadership, providing recommendations for process improvements - Maintain coding accuracy and productivity requirements for Remote Patient Monitoring projects - Engage in educational meetings to enhance coding knowledge and skills What is Required (Qualifications): - Minimum of 3 years of experience in HCC coding and/or coding and billing - Certification as a Certified Professional Coder (CPC), Certified Risk Coder (CRC), Certified Coding Specialist (CCS), or Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) - Strong critical thinking and attention to detail skills - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - 5 years of experience in HCC coding and/or coding and billing - Associate degree in medical billing/coding, health insurance, healthcare, or a related field #HealthcareServices #HCCoding #RemoteWork #CareerGrowth #Compliance #PatientCare We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
