Job Description:
• Responsible for ensuring compliance of the pharmacy 340B program
• Participates in the development and ongoing maintenance of policies and procedures for 340B program
• Monitors 340B program updates and alerts via HRSA and Appexus websites as well as available conferences and training programs
• Performs and/or coordinates audits according to policy and/or regulatory requirements
• Maintains ongoing management of assigned 340B accounts including contracted pharmacies, wholesaler purchases invoice review and approval, monthly review usage/dispense versus purchases, and monthly drug expense review
• Monitors program compliance, revenues, and expenses
• Utilizes 340B program vendor, pharmacy and wholesaler software programs/portals/tools
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Purchasing, Pharmacy or related field preferred
• 5 years of experience in a business or healthcare setting focused in pharmacy, finance or related business office function
• Registered Pharmacy Technician preferred
• Previous pharmaceutical purchasing experience preferred
• Ability to compile, analyze and interpret data
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other graphics or presentation software
