We are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team in a contract role, working remotely with a leading full-service medical center. As a Payroll Administrator, you will play a vital role in organizing and processing time records, responding to inquiries, and ensuring the accuracy of payroll data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and review time records, responding to related inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Verify wage and employment information, responding to requests and ensuring compliance with regulations
- Review KRONOS reports to validate data prior to payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Enter pay and employee demographic information into the payroll system, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies
Requirements:
- High school diploma, certificate of completion, GED, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll administration, with a strong understanding of payroll functions, tax, and fringe benefits
- General knowledge of payroll processing and related regulations
