Job Description:
• Set up, launch, and optimize Meta ad campaigns with substantial budgets
• Master campaign performance metrics (CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA/CPL)
• Scale winning creatives through advanced targeting and budget allocation
• Connect creative performance to business outcomes and iterate based on data
• Research audience pain points through Reddit, reviews, and competitor analysis
• Write scroll-stopping hooks, scripts, and ad copy for UGC and paid social
• Analyze competitors via Meta Ad Library and identify winning creative patterns
• Collaborate with UGC creators, designers, and video editors
• Lead strategic client meetings and deliver performance insights
• Build trust through proactive communication and ownership
• Distill complex performance data into actionable recommendations
Requirements:
• Direct Meta Ads campaign management experience (This is critical)
• Proven DTC portfolio with measurable results (ROAS, scaling examples)
• Exceptional copywriting skills for UGC and paid social campaigns
• Deep understanding of Meta performance metrics and optimization
• Self-driven with strong client communication skills
• Experience with newsletter brands or info products (Bonus)
• Track record managing $10K+ monthly ad spend (Bonus)
• Creative research expertise (TikTok trends, competitor analysis) (Bonus)
• Team leadership and UGC creator management experience (Bonus)
