Ghostwriter for an executive on social media

We're looking for a sharp ghostwriter to build the personal brand of one of Navier's executives, an MIT-trained roboticist and aerospace engineer. The goal: establish her as a credible, compelling voice at the intersection of deep tech, climate, and entrepreneurship. This is a strategy-first role. You'll develop a content vision, own the editorial calendar, and write posts for LinkedIn, Instagram, and X that sound like her -- not like a press release. What You'll Do Develop a personal brand strategy and platform-specific content approach Interview Sampriti regularly to extract stories, opinions, and insights Draft and refine posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, and X Monitor engagement and iterate on what's working Collaborate with the EA/ops team to align with company milestones and announcements Who You Are Proven ghostwriting experience for founders, executives, or public figures Strong portfolio of thought leadership content in tech, climate, or entrepreneurship Excellent at capturing authentic voice -- you make people sound like themselves, but better Comfortable working async with a busy, high-context executive Bonus: experience building audiences from scratch, not just managing existing ones Engagement Flexible -- likely 10-20 hrs/month to start.
