We are seeking a Junior Full-Stack Developer to join our remote team for a long-term project. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing dynamic web applications using Webflow, Node.js, React, and Next.js. You will be responsible for both front-end and back-end development tasks, ensuring that our applications are user-friendly and efficient. Strong JavaScript / TypeScript fundamentals
- Comfortable with Webflow (custom code, CMS, interactions, logic) – this is very important
- Experience with at least one modern front-end framework (React, Next.js preferred)
- Basic Node.js / Express or similar backend experience (REST APIs, serverless functions)
- Familiarity with Git (GitHub/GitLab), basic deployment (Vercel, Netlify, or similar)
- Good understanding of HTML/CSS (responsive design, Tailwind or similar)
- Ability to read and debug code, follow clean code practices
- Excellent English communication (written + spoken) – we work async and value clarity
