We are a fast-moving creative studio looking for a reliable, go-to Freelance Graphic Designer to partner with us. We need a "hybrid" creative: someone who can design a beautiful logo on Monday and meticulously update a 20-page brochure template on Tuesday. The Role
This is a versatile role that balances original creative work with high-volume production. You are the ideal candidate if you are a self-starter who can switch gears instantly. You’ll be responsible for executing design concepts, managing content edits, and ensuring every file that leaves your "desk" is pixel-perfect and production-ready.
What You’ll Do
• Design & Execute: Create original assets for print and digital (branding, social media, ads, and collateral) while maintaining brand consistency.
• Production Powerhouse: Handle day-to-day edits, resizing, text updates, and layout adjustments with speed and accuracy.
• Email Marketing: Build and test responsive HTML email newsletters in platforms like Mailchimp or Constant Contact (experience with MJML or basic HTML/CSS edits is a huge plus).
• File Mastery: Follow templates precisely and package final files for high-end print and digital delivery.
• Efficiency: Use modern tools (including AI-assisted workflows) to streamline repetitive tasks without sacrificing quality.
What You Bring to the Table
• Portfolio: A strong body of work showing both creative flair and technical layout precision.
• The Adobe Suite: Expert-level InDesign skills are non-negotiable. Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop is required.
• Detail Obsession: You catch the typos and alignment issues that others miss.
• Self-Management: You own your schedule, respect deadlines, and communicate proactively in a remote environment.
• Tech-Ready: You have a dedicated home office setup, high-speed internet, and your own active Adobe CC subscription.
Bonus Points
• WordPress experience (Gutenberg/Elementor/Divi).
• Advanced HTML/CSS skills.
The Details
• Rate: $20 - $28/hr (DOE).
• Status: 1099 Independent Contractor.
• Workload: Immediate need for 5–10 hours/week, scaling to 20+ hours during peak season (August–December). Note: This is project-based work; hours will fluctuate based on client demand.
