Title: Freelance Employment Litigation Attorney – Law & Motion (FEHA) Seeking an experienced California attorney to handle law and motion work in FEHA and related matters. Requirements: • California licensed attorney • 4–7+ years litigation experience • Strong experience in employment litigation (FEHA and related claims) • Substantial law and motion experience Looking for attorneys who: • Understand FEHA, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims • Can analyze issues and develop arguments independently • Are comfortable drafting demurrers, discovery motions, and summary judgment/adjudication without supervision • Write clearly, persuasively, and with precision Work includes: • Demurrers • Discovery motions • Motions for summary judgment/adjudication • Other substantive motion practice as needed This is independent, project-based work for attorneys who can take ownership of assignments and handle motion practice without supervision. Compensation: Hourly. Commensurate with experience.
