We’re a fast-growing RevOps & GTM execution agency looking for a Demand Gen / Fractional CMO-level marketer to support client engagements and help drive our own inbound pipeline. We handle the technical RevOps + Marketing Ops execution (HubSpot/Salesforce builds, workflows, attribution plumbing, etc.) — we need someone who can own strategy, channel direction, and performance-driven campaign planning.
This is an ongoing freelance engagement with the opportunity to grow into a long-term fractional partnership.
What You’ll Do
Build and advise on B2B SaaS demand gen strategy (ICP, messaging, funnel design, buyer journeys)
Plan and optimize ABM-lite → ABM plays (target accounts, intent signals, scoring models)
Own paid search + paid social strategy (Google, Bing, LinkedIn, Meta)
Design retargeting and audience segmentation strategy
Align marketing campaigns with SDR/BDR outbound (handoffs, sequencing, orchestration)
Recommend reporting and KPI frameworks (pipeline influence, CAC, conversion rates, lead quality)
Tools You Should Know (or Be Familiar With)
HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, Search Console
