Noom is a consumer-led digital health company on a mission to help people live better, longer. They are seeking a Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and business partnerships, particularly in operational expenditure forecasting and variance analysis.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and maintenance of forecast models to track and analyze OPEX across departments, helping to identify and explain variances
- Assist in the monthly close process by preparing variance analyses and contributing to reporting materials that highlight key performance drivers
- Partner with Accounting and Treasury teams to support accurate forecasting and alignment with monthly actuals
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
- Contribute to process improvements and automation efforts within FP&A to enhance reporting efficiency and data quality
- Support expense management processes, including tracking and approvals
- Manage actuals and forecasting within Workday Adaptive Planning
Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Accounting, or a related field, ideally within a high-growth or DTC environment
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with working knowledge of financial modeling and data analysis
- Familiarity with tools such as Adaptive, Tableau, or Looker (or similar platforms)
- Ability to translate data into clear insights and communicate findings effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn in a cross-functional environment
