- Transition to Associate Partner after meeting specific requirements during the first 12 months as a financial professional

Skills
- Meet specific requirements before transitioning into a management role
- Hold securities licenses and FINRA registrations
- Affiliate with NYLIFE Securities as a registered representative before offering investment products
- Sales or managerial experience in another industry
- Previously run your own business
- MBA or other equivalent degree
