Create a fully functional lead generation machine that:
1. Generates compliant Facebook leads
2. Converts traffic through a high-performing landing page / VSL funnel

Scope of Work
We need help with:
1. Facebook Ads (Meta – Special Ad Category: Financial Services)
• Campaign setup (compliant targeting)
• Creative strategy (video ads, hooks, messaging)
• A/B testing and optimization

2. Funnel Optimization
• Landing page review and improvements (we already have one)
• VSL optimization (hooks, structure, CTA)

3. CRM + Lead Routing

4. AI Dialer / Speed-to-Lead System
• Recommend and integrate AI dialer or power dialer
• Immediate call routing to agents

5. Compliance Awareness
• Experience running ads in financial services / insurance
• Understanding of Meta restrictions
• Ability to write compliant ad copy (no misleading claims)
