Your primary responsibility will be to build trust with our customers through open communication, address their needs, and provide solutions that exceed their expectations. This role offers a unique opportunity for growth and development within our organization, with the potential to work closely with veterinarians and veterinary surgeons. **Key Responsibilities:** * Build sustainable relationships with veterinarians and veterinary technicians through interactive communication, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. * Respond promptly to inbound customer calls and emails, addressing their concerns and providing accurate information about arenaflex products and services. * Identify and assess customer needs by staying up-to-date on our products and services, providing personalized solutions that meet their requirements. * Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner, offering alternatives and following up to ensure resolution. * Inform customers about additional products or services that may benefit their needs, driving sales and revenue growth. * Maintain accurate customer records by updating account and shipping information in our company software and inventory systems. * Enter sales orders accurately, ensuring quantities, codes, and customer information match. * Communicate with sales representatives regarding backorder status, ensuring seamless customer support. * Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure coverage and provide support to our customers. **Requirements:** * High school diploma or equivalent. * Experience in the veterinary or medical industry required. * Minimum of two years (2) of experience in a customer service/support position required. * Strong communication and attention to detail skills. * Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. * Time management and multi-tasking skills. * Proficient in Microsoft Office products, with experience in CRM and ERP systems a plus. * Ability to prepare correspondence, develop reports, and enter customer data. **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:** * Customer Service: Provide a high level of interactive service to our targeted customer base, building relationships and acting as an internal company advocate. * Team Orientation & Interpersonal: Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with all levels within and external to the organization. * Communication: Express yourself verbally in a diplomatic, empathetic, and tactful manner. * Analytical Problem-Solving and Decision Making: Research, analyze, identify viable options, draw sound conclusions, present findings, and make thoughtful recommendations considering overall risk and short-term and long-term impact. * Organization & Time Management: Work independently with minimal supervision, planning, scheduling, and organizing your professional schedule to complete actions within established deadlines. * Adaptability to Change: Be flexible and supportive, react swiftly to, and positively and proactively assimilate change in a rapid growth environment. * Systems & Software: Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications. **Benefits:** * Veterinary technicians continuing education opportunities * Medical, dental, and vision insurance * Company-paid life insurance * 401(k) plan eligibility with match * Paid time off * Six (6) company-paid holidays * Sick/personal time **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
