Our clients include top-tier companies like the NFL, Zendesk, and Topps, and we're committed to bringing companies closer to their customers than ever before. **The Role** As a Tier 1 Remote Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with our clients' products and services. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through various channels, including phone, chat, and email. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, while also providing a positive and engaging experience. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide Tier 1 level support to customers through phone, chat, and email * Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to web and mobile apps * Multitask in multiple browsers and browser tabs while handling customer communications * Demonstrate a strong ability to walk customers through the process of navigating a mobile app/website and downloading/installing an application * Show empathy and a professional demeanor in all customer interactions * Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues * Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical skills to provide accurate and effective support **Requirements** * 1+ year of experience in customer support, preferably in a Tier 1 role * Experience with Zendesk and ticketing systems * Strong ability to multitask and handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Reliable internet speed and service * Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above * Quality headset * Quiet workspace to take calls * Willingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on the phone **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with troubleshooting and problem-solving issues for web and mobile apps * Familiarity with Mac, PC, iOS, Chromebook, Kindle Fire, and Android computers/devices and applications * Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team * Experience with MSQ security software and 2FA app * Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services **What We Offer** * Flexible self-scheduling * Access to 'Hot Gigs' postings exclusive to the arenaflex Network * Work from home * Competitive hourly rate – discussed during your first interview * Paid orientation * Opportunities to work with top-tier clients like the NFL, Zendesk, and Topps * Career growth and development opportunities * Collaborative and dynamic work environment **Work Environment and Culture** arenaflex is committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
