Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

- 1+ year of customer service experience, with technical support experience preferred.
- Ability to work an evening or overnight schedule, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
- High school diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
- Quiet, distraction-free environment to work from home, with high-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone.
