**Job Summary**
As a Technical Program Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You'll work closely with cross-functional partners to design requirements, identify risks, manage project plans, and communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization. **Key Responsibilities**
* Collaborate with a team of designers and organizers to address the global fleet of Outsider Server farms (3PDC)
* Work with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, design and execute end-to-end analysis, and present findings
* Plan and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale
* Drive process improvement through data analysis, envision, and implement business suggestions based on 3PDC data, identifying and acting on opportunities to optimize
* Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders, engineers, and other technical teams
* Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication
* Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project deliverables are met on time and within budget
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
* At least 4 years of experience in technical program management, with a strong background in cloud infrastructure and data analytics
* 3 years of experience leading cross-functional or cross-organizational projects
* Experience in financial analysis and reporting, using accounting software and managing large datasets with SQL
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 3 years of experience leading large, cross-functional projects across multiple stakeholders and teams
* Experience in technical program management, with a strong background in cloud infrastructure and data analytics
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
