About This Job
We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a Technical Program Manager, you will play a vital role in leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish, collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive business growth and improvement. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a team of engineers and designers to address the global fleet of Third-Party Data Centers (3PDC), ensuring seamless operations and optimal performance.
- Work with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, design and execute end-to-end analysis that incorporates data collection, analysis, ongoing scaling, and presentations.
- Design and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale, and drive process improvement through data analysis and business recommendations.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to drive growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experience, leveraging data-driven insights and technical expertise to inform decision-making.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a strong foundation in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of leading complex projects and driving business results.
- 3 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-group projects, with a strong ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in financial modeling and analysis, using spreadsheets and manipulating large datasets using SQL.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- 3 years of experience managing large, cross-functional projects that span a diverse set of stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.
- 3 years of experience in technical program or project management roles, with a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and data analysis.
