Job Overview
The Technical Product Engineer will play a crucial role in building strong business understanding and relationships to enable the delivery of technology solutions that meet the expected business value. Key Responsibilities
- Gather, develop, plan, and maintain business requirements for various projects or systems from the initial stage to final implementation, ensuring requirements meet standards
- Investigate, design, and maintain production systems/programs/applications, and aid in support and communication of project status reports and follow-up
- Provide effective project cycles and expectations to shorten the project life cycle, where applicable
- Collaborate with application support and development teams to fix software bugs and raised issues
- Lead resolution to issues with communicating systems based on various technologies
- Participate in regular project status reviews
- Convert high-level Customer Requirements into executable, detailed Customer Stories to enable development
- Create and maintain the product backlog
- Lead planning meetings with teams to prioritize work in upcoming sprints
- Embrace diverse individuals, thinking, and styles
- Consistently prioritize safety and security, of self and others
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Experience in creating requirements and test scenarios for automated test suites
- Proven expertise with Integrated or other rapid application development methodologies
- Ability to apply relevant technical processes to appropriate business needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with management, staff, and clients
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently to achieve exceptional results
- Energy to proactively guide and drive initiatives within a team environment
