Key Responsibilities
- Development Expertise: Utilize your 7+ years of experience as a Software Engineer or Application Developer to develop software solutions using technologies such as C#, .NET, REST API design and development, OOPs, and Angular/React.
- Technical Leadership: Leverage your 2+ years of experience in managing, coaching, mentoring, and developing a highly motivated technical workforce to drive team success and growth.
- Automation and Testing: Apply your strong experience with Test automation frameworks such as Cypress and Selenium to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- Recruitment and Team Building: Demonstrate your experience in interviewing, recruiting, hiring, assessing, and retaining technical personnel to build and maintain a high-performing team.
- Continuous Improvement: Foster an environment of learning and continuous improvement for both individual and team development, participating in evaluating technologies and coordinating technology vendor relationships.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work on cross-functional initiatives and products that cover several organizations, business units, or countries, demonstrating your experience in fast-paced Agile environments.
- Agile Methodologies: Serve as a recognized servant leader, possessing a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and promoting their adoption across the team.
Essential Qualifications
- USC only due to client requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in software development, with a focus on .NET technologies
- Experience in API Management Tools and event streaming technologies like Kafka
- Proven ability to encourage development team members to create a rewarding working environment
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with React, GraphQL, and containers
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies
- Experience in evaluating technologies, running effective technology proof of concepts, and coordinating technology vendor relationships
