**The Role**
As a Technical Customer Assistance Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via live chat on our website and social media accounts. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, and your goal will be to resolve their queries efficiently and effectively. **Key Responsibilities:**

**Essential Qualifications:**
