Key Responsibilities
- Learn and comprehend all Tesla vehicle products and technologies
- Participate in group-based activities, including lab and lecture sessions
- Follow safety protocols consistently and maintain a safe working environment
- Meet weekly educational schedule goals and maintain consistent and efficient communication with instructors
- Participate in scheduled interview training and soft skills meetings
- Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple priorities, organize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Complete a written general auto test with a focus on Tesla vehicles
- Maintain a 100% attendance rate throughout the 16-week program
Essential Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED, and post-secondary automotive training (or equivalent military service experience) satisfactory to Tesla
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to participate in and pass all 16-week instructional courses with a 85% or higher GPA
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and insurable
- Ability to report to a training location or local service center as required
- Willingness to relocate upon successful completion of the program
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
- Basic computer skills, including navigating internet browsers and using standard applications like Microsoft Office
