As a Senior Statistics Architect on our Voice of the Customer (VOC) team, you'll play a critical role in transforming and innovating our VOC method. You'll work closely with product and process owners, subject matter experts from Qualtrics, and our agile technology team to design, build, and implement a robust data model architecture that enables data-driven decision making. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll be responsible for:
* Collaborating with utility teams to outline, design, and implement business needs
* Growing knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods and leveraging them to inform and transform data within the Cornerstone Large Data Platform
* Designing and building robust data model architecture to support data processing and standardized metric definitions
* Developing and implementing big data and batch/real-time analytical solutions leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions with high-quality and accuracy through intensive testing at variable and use case levels
* Providing guidance to improve competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems
* Powering customer story evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, checking out, and building automation tools
* Proactively identifying and automating routine tasks to improve best and efficiency
* Working closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC Stop-to-Give-Up technique
**Essential and Preferred Qualifications**
* Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, shell scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years
* Ability to collaborate actively with dating managers/product owners to expertise functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups
* Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and business intelligence
* Strong understanding of data processing, data mining, and data visualization
* Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
