About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Statistics Architect to assist in the transformation and innovation of our end-to-end Voice of the Customer method. As a key member of our team, you will help develop and maintain the new Voice of the Customer technique sourced from Cornerstone and integrated with the survey and dashboard platform hosted by Qualtrics, our survey vendor. You will work closely with product and process owners, subject matter specialists from Qualtrics, and the Agile team in technology to drive this initiative forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the application teams to outline, frame, and capture business needs, growing information of Voice of the Purchaser methods and leveraging the same to outline and transform the facts within the Cornerstone large data platform.
- Design and build a strong data model architecture to aid most fulfilling statistics processing and standardized metric definitions.
- Enable big data and batch/real-time analytical solutions leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions, ensuring data quality and accuracy through intensive testing at variable and use case degree.
- Offer guidelines to enhance competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystem.
- Power consumer tale evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software program programs, checking out & builds automation tools.
- Proactively identify and automate manual tasks to improve best and efficiency.
- Position entails operating closely with partners from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and test the statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC end-to-end technique.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Hands-on development experience on Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, Shell Scripting Languages, development launch management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no longer less than 3+ years.
- Active collaboration with dating managers/product owners for expertise the functional requirements and converting them into technical deliverables.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at everyday intervals to the business groups.
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with large datasets and data analytics tools.
