Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Program Strategy: Define the strategy and direction for projects, ensuring clear alignment and consensus at all levels.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Interact with various teams, including Customer Service Operations, Quality teams, Customer Experience, Capacity Planning, and technical teams to design standard operational procedures, processes, and technical requirements.
- Project Planning and Prioritization: Define, prioritize, and plan projects that need to be implemented to execute process and technical requirements.
- Resource Management: Schedule, secure resources, and manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects.
- Project Monitoring and Control: Monitor project execution, ensuring delivery to an appropriate level of quality, and anticipate risks, resolving issues, and initiating corrective action as needed.
- Stakeholder Management: Provide overall stakeholder management and project progress reporting on a regular basis.
- Third-Party Management: Where applicable, manage and oversee third-party contributions to the project.

Basic Qualifications
- Program or Project Management Experience: 5+ years of experience in program or project management.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
- Program Strategy and Delivery: Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
- Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Process Improvement Experience: 2+ years of experience driving process improvements.
- Advanced Degree: A Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or a related field.
What We Offer
At blithequark, we offer a competitive compensation package, including:
- Base pay ranging from $92,500/year to $185,000/year, depending on the geographic market.
- Equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
