**Job Summary**
As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, resolving complex issues, and driving business growth. You'll work closely with our team to develop and implement process improvements, provide training and guidance to junior team members, and contribute to the overall success of our organization.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Support the execution of less experienced Client care Agents, new or upgraded services and procedural changes, and the general effectiveness of the team
* Provide input and present plans to improve or implement processes and tools with a general customer service impact
* Perform complex customer service tasks
* Provide topic expertise and translation of procedures to less experienced Client assistance Agents and provide guidance to meet defined efficiency and performance objectives
* Collaborate with the quick team and communicate with other departments
* Suggest areas requiring improvement
* Connect with internal and external clients
* Handles incoming and active calls to clients
* Utilizes various systems to research and resolve issues with client addresses on proclamations
**Required Capabilities**
* 4+ years of Customer Service, Financial Services or Contact Center experience, or comparable demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
* Strong customer service skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Successful organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
* Microsoft Access skills
* Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and use search tools to find information

* Bachelor's degree in a related field
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
