**Job Summary**
As a Senior Analyst, you'll be responsible for leading advanced analysis and insights to drive business growth and improvement. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for channel optimization, develop and implement A/B testing strategies, and create data-driven recommendations to inform business decisions. **Key Responsibilities**
* Perform advanced analysis and insights to drive business growth and improvement
* Lead knowledge-driven roadmapping to identify opportunities for channel improvement
* Champion for applying data-driven decision-making principles and processes
* Identify opportunities for and execute on streamlining testing processes, including automated Python results pulling and adaptable dashboards
* Serve as the primary resource for Marketing Data Science, focusing on medium-term asks (run planning), and shaping long-term strategy
* Become the subject matter expert on data tables (e.g., what data is available, where it lives, how we should use it, etc.)
* Normalize channel metrics and create adaptable dashboards across stores/geos
* Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and draft stories
* Field performance-related questions from MSO and Patterns
**What You'll Need**
* Four-year degree in Technical disciplines, Finance, Business, or other concentrations with a quantitative focus
* 3+ years of experience in an data-intensive role, in marketing, management consulting, startup/tech, finance, or other related fields
* Proficiency in data analysis and advanced SQL data and Google Sheets/Excel use; enthusiasm for finding patterns in data; knowledge of Python is a plus
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to senior-level and cross-functional partners
* Ability to claim and execute on answers to complex issues independently
* Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
