**Job Summary:**
We're seeking an experienced Seasonal Customer Service/Technical Support Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a Seasonal Customer Service/Technical Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients through inbound service calls, email, and/or chat. You'll troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues, respond to inquiries related to account details, products, and services, and recommend product solutions for unique customer needs. * Troubleshoot & resolve end-user issues (technical support)
