**The Opportunity**
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for processing submissions sent electronically by our members, ensuring accuracy and compliance with our procedures. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will be crucial in delivering high-quality results. You'll also have the opportunity to work closely with our team to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Consistently meet established daily quotas for data entry and processing
* Accurately compare data with source documents submitted by members, checking for accuracy and compliance with specified requirements
* Handle personal and confidential member information in compliance with HIPAA regulations
* Understand and follow specific instructions and procedures for data entry and processing
* Accurately document and record member information
* Perform other duties as assigned by the team
**Essential Qualifications**
* Proficient in PC operations and navigation
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office
* Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
* Strong written communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* High School Diploma or equivalent
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with data entry and CRM software
* Data entry experience in a similar role
* Familiarity with arenaflex's systems and processes
