- Reviewing and entering stores' submitted cost and price changes, as well as promotional pricing in Oracle Pricing and SAP e-commerce systems
- Collaborating with the Accounts Payable team to reopen Point of Sale (POS) for invoice submission, ensuring seamless operations
- Managing and reviewing weekly price change reports, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements
- Assisting with ad-hoc requests for item maintenance and item creation, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
- Providing exceptional support to the merchants and stores, serving as a liaison and go-to person for price change-related issues and questions
