- Delivering effective presentations of findings and recommendations to multiple stakeholders, developing visible signs of quantitative data
- Developing and automating reports, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale, solving for analytical needs
- Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to understand their business needs, formulate and complete analysis that includes data gathering, analysis, ongoing scaled deliverables, and presentations
- Helping Google make key decisions to enhance products and services
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A strong foundation in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Sciences, etc.)
- Experience working with statistical packages (e.g., R, SAS, Stata, MATLAB, etc.)
- Ability to articulate product questions, pull statistics from datasets (SQL), and use statistics to attain an answer
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in a quantitative field
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Currently attending a degree program within the United States and available to work full-time for 12 weeks outside of university term time
- In your penultimate academic year or returning to a point program after completion of the internship
- Ability to translate assessment outcomes into business enterprise guidelines
- Interest and capability to work with statistics, metrics, assessment, and developments, and finished knowledge of measurement, statistics, and application assessment
- Excellent problem-solving and written/verbal communication skills, with great business judgment
