Key Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that customers receive accurate and helpful information. - Resolve customer issues and complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up with customers to ensure that their issues are fully resolved. - Use available resources to research and provide accurate information to customers, staying up-to-date on the latest information about our products and services. - Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate departments, ensuring that complex or urgent issues are addressed promptly and effectively. - Meet daily and weekly performance metrics, including metrics related to customer satisfaction, response times, and issue resolution times. - Provide feedback to management on customer concerns and trends, helping us to continually improve our products and services and enhance the customer experience.
