About the Role: Customer Service Representative
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our clients, providing top-notch support across various channels, including email, Instagram, live chat, and phone. You'll work with a diverse range of e-commerce brands, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely resolutions. Our ideal candidate is not only fluent in English but also possesses excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer service tickets in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high-quality solutions.
- Utilize client platforms, including ticketing systems like Kustomer, Gorgias, and Zendesk, to manage customer interactions (training provided).
- Provide phone support for clients who require it, demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Perform basic administrative tasks as required by clients.
- Maintain attention to detail and ensure accuracy in responses.
- Demonstrate empathy and understanding when dealing with customer complaints or issues.
- Work within US timezones (PST, CST, EST) to ensure seamless support.
