Essential Qualifications:
- Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment, with a strong internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace
- 6 months of customer service experience preferred, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support and solutions
- High school graduate or equivalent, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to type 25 words per minute, with strong computer skills and proficiency in Windows operating systems
- Logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex issues and provide effective solutions
- Organization and work prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a remote or virtual team environment, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities of remote work
