Job Summary

We are looking for talented and motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Service Representatives. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls from patients, providers, and pharmacies, addressing their questions and concerns about Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) benefits, mail-order pharmacies, or Medicare.
