**Summary of the Role**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via telephone, providing problem resolution, and maintaining detailed knowledge of our products and services. You will analyze customer service needs, communicate with service and technical departments, and navigate computerized data entry systems. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, providing problem resolution and maintaining detailed knowledge of our products and services
* Analyze customer service needs, communicate with service and technical departments, and navigate computerized data entry systems
* Maintain detailed and current knowledge of our company's products and services
* Resolve basic or tier 1 payment and account-related requests, including card activations, payments, and name and address updates
* Enter required data into client-provided systems and databases
* Escalate or refer unresolved customer grievances and requests to more experienced Customer Service Representatives or designated departments
**What We're Looking For**
* High School Diploma or Equivalent
* 6 months minimum call center experience, either remote or onsite
* Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to navigate computerized data entry systems and other relevant applications
* Flexibility to work hours as assigned, including nights and weekends
* Ability to be on camera during work hours
**Desired Skills and Capabilities**
* Acquires and applies job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete assigned routine tasks
* Works on assignments that are routine to semi-routine in nature, requiring limited decision outside of stated processes
* Normally receives detailed instructions and follows established procedures on all work, requires instructions on all assignments
