**Job Summary**
As a Remote Benefits Customer Service Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, presenting and explaining insurance products and benefits packages, and selling and up-selling insurance to new and existing clients. You'll work closely with our underwriting team to ensure seamless client onboarding and approval processes. If you're a motivated and results-driven individual with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Inbound and outbound calling to engage with clients and prospects
* Scheduling appointments with clients who request our benefits
* Presenting and explaining insurance products and benefits packages over Zoom video calls
* Selling and up-selling insurance to new and existing clients
* Completing applications for insurance products
* Reporting daily numbers and tracking progress
* Attending optional training classes to enhance your skills and knowledge
* Completing tasks required by underwriters to get clients approved for coverage

**Minimum Qualifications**
* Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients
* Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
* 18+ years of age
* High school diploma (higher education preferred but not required)
* Customer service and/or retail experience preferred but not required
* Life Insurance License (If you don't have one, license fees will apply)
