**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Quality Control Standards Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving our quality control division forward. You'll be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and providing actionable insights to inform business decisions. Your expertise will help us optimize our processes, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Perform and assist others in the Quality Control group in convenient data collection, validation, and initial driver analysis on data components
* Help create and communicate results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical clients and leaders
* Assist in exploring ad-hoc requests arising due to emerging maintenance issues and provide insightful answers to enable Senior Leadership to make business decisions while adjusting existing task responsibility
* Present findings, trends, and potential recommendations by utilizing data visualization tools supporting the applicable areas of the analysis to ease partner understanding
* Assist in creating and disseminating specific queries to pull and organize data from various sources, laying out the rhythm, and approving the need of the data requirements
* Identify irregularities in processes through reviews/surveys and communicate findings to the team
* Assess effectiveness of processes and strategies by observing for patterns and errors
* Ensure that a compliance mindset is at the forefront of every decision
* May perform other work assignments as directed by Group Leader
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., data analysis, statistics, mathematics, computer science)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, coordinate, and analyze large data sets with precision and accuracy
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
* Strong understanding of data analysis principles and methodologies, including statistical analysis and data mining
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with data analysis software, such as Alteryx, QuickBase, or similar
* Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
* Experience with data mining and statistical analysis techniques
* Strong understanding of business principles and operations, with the ability to analyze and interpret data to inform business decisions
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results
* Experience working in a quality control or assurance environment, with a strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
