**Job Summary:**
We're seeking an experienced Quality Control Standards Data Analyst to join our Quality Control Strategies and Guidelines Group. As an understudy in this role, you'll assist in utilizing data to create, present, and propose novel ideas and activities, as well as perform basic analysis to alleviate the risk of nonconformance through process enhancements. These enhancements will support arenaflex's objectives, including maintaining low costs, modernizing operations, and improving consistency.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Perform and assist others in the Quality Control group in timely data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on data components.
* Assist in creating and conveying results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical clients and leaders.
* Help with examining ad-hoc requests arising from emerging support issues and provide insightful answers to enable Senior Leaders to make business decisions while adjusting existing project responsibilities.
* Present insights, patterns, and potential proposals by utilizing data visualization tools supporting the applicable goals of the investigation to ease partner understanding.
* Assist in creating and disseminating specific queries to pull and organize data from various sources, outlining the rhythm, and approving the need of the data requirements.
* Recognize irregularities in processes through reviews/audits and convey findings to the Group.
* Assess the effectiveness of processes and methods by observing for patterns and errors.
* Ensure that a consistency outlook is at the forefront of every decision.
* May perform other work responsibilities as directed by Group Leader.
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Involved ability to collect, organize, and analyze large amounts of data with precision and accuracy.
* Ability to effectively listen, understand, and communicate thoughts and present written, verbal, or presentation formats to diverse audiences.
* Ability to review business issues, identify opportunities for data needs, and interpret resulting metrics.
* Should have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* Familiarity with data visualization tools and capabilities, such as Tableau, Alteryx, and QuickBase, is preferred.
* Ability to identify the issue, summarize, and perform root cause analysis on data, and provide proposals using logic and reasoning.
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, help-oriented team environment.
* Ability to prioritize responsibilities successfully and be an autonomous problem-solver.
* Past internship, capstone projects, and research coursework is preferred.
* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential data appropriately.
* Ability to plan and support large business initiatives.
